Light your favorite candle, turn off the lights, and just let the water flow over you. This is when things become calm. A calm mind starts a calm day.
Get out your favorite soap, shampoo, and shave bar, and let the bubbles ease your worries. Just 15 minutes of your time before the craziness of life, family, and job invade your thoughts. Start and end your day this way, and you will have something to look forward to.
